For me, this piece of meat looks appealing because it has nice marble on it. At first glance, it makes me think that it is juicy and tender. I prefer seasoning and cooking meat in this way too. If you over marinate it, I think you will not be able to taste the meat anymore because it is already overpowered by different flavors. Furthermore, I enjoy eating it with rice, or just with lettuce and vegetable omelet. Also, I find air fryer a useful kitchen tool. We cover the base with foil so it catches the meat drippings. In this way, there is less grease or dirt to wash off.
