I saw his tweet and how people are praying for him. I didn't venture into much thought, but getting the gist that drinking and smoking is his lifestyle, he should have taken care of his health more. Going for regular checkups shouldn't have been a problem for him if he could afford to party hard and spend.

Well, I think it boils down to feeling okay. When most people feel okay, they don't think they need medical care, apart from being a Christian, which I normally won't smoke or drink, he should have take care of his health better because of the lifestyle they're prone to living, I mean celebrities and all
Yes, his lifestyle. He knows what he consumes. What if his brother's kidney damaged before? Would he even have gotten any donation. Our health matters.
