Hello to all pet lovers, happy weekend. We are still in the month of love and details to all the beautiful beings we love, and my pets could not be left out of that list of gifts. This past weekend when I went out to do some personal shopping, I went to the pet section of several stores to buy new leashes for my kitties, since only Snoopy has his leash and leash chain.
I also wanted to see prices on kennel, as the last two rescued and adopted kittens are going to the spay/neuter process this coming month and I need to prepare for that time. I was astonished with the prices, holy mother, the one I want is plastic and it is almost 50$. For the deworming day, I borrowed one, but it's about time my kids got theirs. Previously I used to carry them in regular baskets, but the sterilization process requires a large space where it won't get twisted because their wound must be comfortable when they leave the clinic.
One of the stores had some travel bag style kennel, but I found them a bit tight to keep them in for a long time waiting in such a hot place. There are people who carry them around in covers and the little animals almost faint from the heat, suffocating. Sometimes I don't understand what's going on in their heads. If they get upset, I don't care, but I have told them to take them out or they will suffocate to death in there. For God's sake.
Anyway, I went out to see prices, and I ended up buying many cute little things for them; leashes, toys, feeding cups, among others. I didn't buy Chiquilín a leash, because a godmother already gave him one, but I bought him a little rubber maraquita that is perfect for scratching his gums, he's got me all chewed up, hahaha.
Maybe for the moment I will end up buying the bag style kennel that is 12$, but I will try to keep them inside for a little while and on my legs so they don't suffocate there. I'm still trying to buy the plastic kennel because it's the most practical and comfortable.It would be a good investment in the long run, because even for traveling it is a comfortable and safe space.

Hola a todos los amantes de las mascotas, feliz fin de semana. Seguimos en el mes del amor y de los detalles a todos los seres hermosos que amamos, y mis mascotas no podían quedar fuera de esa lista de regaloneos. Este fin de semana pasado que salí a hacer unas compras personales, entré a la sección de mascotas de varias tiendas para comprarle nuevas correítas a mis gatitos, ya que sólo Snoopy tiene su correa y cadenita de paseo.
También quise ver precios de los kennel, ya que los dos últimos gatitos rescatados y adoptados, van al proceso de esterilización este próximo mes y necesito prepararme para ese momento. Me quedé asombrada con los precios, madre santa, el que yo quiero es de plástico y está casi en 50$. Para la jornada de desparasitación, pedí uno prestado, pero ya es hora de que mis niños tengan el suyo. Anteriormente los llevaba en cestas comunes, pero el proceso de esterilización amerita un espacio amplio donde no quede torcido porque su herida debe estar cómoda al salir de la clínica.
En una de las tiendas tenían unos kennel estilo bolso de viaje, pero me parecieron un poco cerrados para tenerlos largo rato esperando turno en un sitio tan caluroso. Hay personas que los llevan metidos en fundas y los animalitos casi se desmayan del calor, sofocados. A veces no entiendo qué pasa por sus cabezas. Si se molestan, no me importa, pero les he dicho que los saquen o se les van a morir asfixiados ahí. Por Dios.
En fin, salí a ver precios, y terminé comprando muchas cositas lindas para ellos; correítas, juguetitos, tacitas para comer, entre otras. A Chiquilín no le compré correíta, porque ya una madrina le regaló una, pero le compré una maraquita de goma que para rascar sus encías es perfecta, a mí me tiene toda mordida, jajaja.
Tal vez por el momento voy a terminar comprando el kennel estilo bolso que está en 12$, pero tratando de tenerlos un ratito dentro y otro en mis piernas para que no se me sofoquen ahí. De igual manera sigo intentando comprar el kennel de plástico porque es el más práctico y cómodo. Sería una buena inversión a largo plazo, ya que hasta para viajar es un espacio cómodo y seguro.
