Thanks 😀 We had to work a bit extra for our family 😅 Salmon is widely available here, probably because delivery routes are relatively short. It is also not much more expensive than other fish. Years ago, when I was in Norway, I literally ate it every day because it was the cheapest food there, and I absolutely love it 😝
