I would like to share some pictures as well as an fine recipe when you also want to try, from a fine apple pie preparation!
What you need: about 1kg apple, 7 dl white wine - also possible without , 2 pack vanilla pudding, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 70 gr sugar, 4 dl cream.
For the shortcrust you need: 120 gr butter, 125 gr sugar, 250 gr flour, 1 egg, 1 pack vanilla sugar, half pack baking powder. Prepare the dough, leave to rest, then put into a buttered baking tin and raise the sides by at least 5 cm.
Cut 1 kg apple and juice with lemon.
Mix in 2 dl white wine, 2 packs vanilla custard, 2 teaspoons cornstarch and 70 g sugar. Boil the remaining wine, add the mixture. Bring the mixture to the boil again and fold over the apples still hot.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° in the middle for about half an hour.
Leave to stand in the tin overnight. Next day make 4 dl cream until creamy and mix with a little sugar, then spread the mixture over the cake and sprinkle with the cocoa. I didn't have time to take a photo in a plate, they were quickly eaten. A freshly orange juice or coffee goes well with it.
