Good evening friends, today I really wanted to draw, it's been several days since I took my tablet and today I felt very inspired, I wanted to make a portrait with texture but giving many details to the point of making it as realistic as I can, this time using a palette of colors that I like a lot because most of them have reddish and pink tones, I love these colors because I can add colors that can give a nostalgic aura to the drawings, especially in the eyes, nose and dark circles, for this finish I used a brush that simulates the texture of a chalk and also try not to mix or blend the colors too much to keep that texture I was looking for, I hope you like it.
I made the sketch and chose the colors to start, I placed a pale pink desaturated as a base, then I added the shadows with different shades of pink and some browns, the lights were light pinks and beige, in a new layer I added more colors to completely form the face, for the hair I chose a dark brown color.
I started to mix the colors of the face, but without working them too much to keep the texture and achieve that chalk effect, I painted the eyebrows, the eyelashes and gave details to the lips, then I added some lights and shadows in the hair to give it volume.
Now I added some lights in certain areas of the face that I wanted to highlight, I finished the drawing making an edition where I would increase the saturation of the colors a little bit to highlight much more the strokes.
