You are right in a way ohh. But have thought about the line up in the hospitals? Some people may take days before seeing the doctor.
If this is done else where I won't have problem with that. But in Nigeria, na who know who. If you don't know anyone, you will remain there unattended to.

        Exactly, ma. This is another thing to consider. This system probably wouldn't work out in this country. Compulsory Medical checkups mean there'd be long queues- as you mentioned, people with connections would only be attended to.
