Quiero compartir con ustedes una anécdota muy bonita porque tiene que ver con unos amigos que no veía desde hace mucho tiempo. No quise llegar con las manos vacía y les hice un pequeño detalle para manifestarles mi cariño. Espero que puedan ver mi publicación y más aun que puedan sacarle provecho.
Friendship is a very beautiful relationship that must be nurtured little by little so that it does not disappear. Two years ago I traveled to a very beautiful town and the people I met were very noble, they gave me moments of great joy and many of them nourished my heart.
After two years I had the opportunity to go again to that wonderful town and my desire to see them again was intense, however, I wanted to make them a small personalized gift, however, I did not have the necessary resources to make the gifts I wanted so I chose to give them candy in a cup with a lid that I bought in a gift store.
La amistad es una relación muy bonita que hay que alimentar poco a poco para que no desaparezca. Hace dos años viaje a un pueblo muy hermoso y las personas que conocí son muy nobles, me regalaron momentos de mucha alegría y muchos nutrieron mi corazón.
Después de dos años se me presentó la oportunidad de ir nuevamente a ese maravilloso pueblo y mi deseo por verlos nuevamente era intenso, sin embargo, quería hacerles un pequeño detalle personalizado, no obstante, no contaba con los recursos necesarios para hacer los regalos que deseaba así que opté por regalarles golosinas en un vasito con tapa que compré en una tienda de regalitos.
I bought three dozen glasses and four packages of candy. The truth is that they looked very nice, as I mentioned before, it was not the gift I wanted to give them because I consider that they deserve much more, however, I also consider that what we give from the heart is very valuable even if it is little. The truth is that I really enjoyed making the cups.
Compré tres docenas de vasos y cuatro paquetes de golosinas. La verdad es que se veían muy bonitos, cómo les mencioné anteriormente, no era el regalo que yo deseaba darles porque considero que ellos merecen mucho más, no obstante, también considero que lo que damos de corazón es muy valioso aunque sea poco. La verdad es que disfruté mucho armando los vasitos.
The cup was a little small and I was afraid it wouldn't close after I put the candies in. They were candies of different flavors, a cookie in the shape of a sandwich and a kite which is a long candy. This candy made my process of making the little cotillion a little difficult, but it didn't happen because I was able to bend the tip and place it in the cup very carefully so that it would close well.
The contents of the cup looked very colorful and I liked that a lot because I associate beautiful and diverse colors with true friendship and a lot of joy. Little things can make a difference if they are done with the right motive. I don't like to give anything as a gift if it doesn't come from my heart because I think that duty or obligation takes the life out of the gift even if it is very spectacular.
El vasito era un poco pequeño y me daba miedo que no cerrara después que les colocara las golosinas. Eran caramelos de diferentes sabores, una galleta en forma de sándwich y un barrilete que es un caramelo largo. Dicho caramelo me dificultó un poco mi proceso de realizar el pequeño cotillón pero no pasó a mayores porque pude doblarle la punta y colocarlo en el vasito con mucho cuidado para que este cerrara bien.
Se veía muy colorido el contenido del vasito y eso me gustó mucho porque asocio los colores bonitos y diversos con la amistad verdadera y con mucha alegría. Los pequeños detalles pueden hacer la diferencia si se hacen con el motivo correcto. No me gusta obsequiar nada si no sale de mi corazón porque creo que el deber o la obligación les quita vida al regalo aunque este sea muy espectacular.
I am sure that beautiful feelings can be perceived not only in the gift but also in the way you give it and the reason that prompted you to make it. I must confess that some people suggested me to make the cup or the cotillion by hand, that is to say, that it would look nicer if I let myself be carried away by creativity and made with my own hands a mini box or a decorated bag but I am not compatible with crafts, I am not really good with decorations and creativity in this aspect is null. I don't have that gift, that's why I'm more practical and try to buy things that are already decorated.
It should be noted that the fact that it is not a work made by my own hands does not diminish my feelings for my friends, when I feel affection for someone it is sincere because I do not know how to pretend and I do not want to learn how to do it. Everything I do is done from my heart and because I want to do it.
After almost an hour I finished assembling the cups and they were ready to take them to my friends. They were very happy when they saw me and they liked the detail. Life is beautiful with true friends, if we have them we should value them with small gestures and it doesn't matter if we have a little or a lot, the important thing is that our feelings are one hundred percent genuine.
In the midst of so much excitement I did not take pictures with my friends receiving their little gifts, however, those precious images are tattooed in my mind and heart. That is a great memory that comes to mind and sustains me on difficult days. There is definitely a lot of happiness in giving and next time I will do you one better.
Estoy segura de que los sentimientos bonitos se pueden percibir no solo en el regalo sino en la forma en que lo entregas y el motivo que te impulsó a realizarlo. Debo confesar que algunas personas me sugirieron que hiciera el vasito o el cotillón a mano, es decir, que se veía más bonito si me dejaba llevar por la creatividad y elaboraba con mis propias manos una mini cajita o una bolsita decorada pero yo no soy compatible con las manualidades, realmente no se me dan las decoraciones y la creatividad en este aspecto es nula. No tengo ese don, esa es la razón por la que soy más práctica y trato de comprar las cosas que ya están decoradas.
Cabe destacar, que el hecho de que no sea una obra hecha por mis propias manos no rebajan mis sentimientos por mis amigos, cuando siento cariño por alguien es sincero porque no sé fingir y tampoco quiero aprender a hacerlo. Todo lo que hago lo llevo a cabo de corazón y porque quiero hacerlo.
Después de casi una hora terminé de armar los vasitos y estuvieron listos para llevárselos a mis amigos. Ellos se sintieron muy felices cuando me vieron y les gustó mucho el detalle. La vida es bonita con amigos verdaderos, si los tenemos debemos valorarlos con pequeños gestos y no importa si es poco o mucho lo que tenemos, lo importante es que nuestros sentimientos sean cien por ciento genuinos.
En medio de tanta algarabía no me tomé fotos con mis amigos recibiendo sus pequeños regalitos, sin embargo, esas imágenes tan preciosas están tatuadas tanto en mi mente y mi corazón. Eso es un gran recuerdo que viene a mí mente y que me sostiene en días difíciles. Definitivamente hay mucha felicidad en dar y para la próxima les haré algo mejor.
