I had to buy some cards to cover this ruleset when it came out since I don't have a full or fully maxed out deck. I play Water usually with Pembroke Nymph summoner since its my best and then a set up similar to your opponent.

        You don't need a maxed deck... but given current game state, it surely helps! ;)
