As Deckard Cain once said... Stay Awhile and Listen! Splinterlands isn't just a game... it's a dynamic universe that has the potential to shape and transform lives. Is it the thrill of battles or the joy of collecting cards!
It's all about synergy! What's in for the battle mages? An infinite challenge to become the best! Endless fights and opportunities to become a better battle mage.. and the new cards will help!
And honestly, the journey is far from over. Every new game is another chance to rise higher and prove what I’m really made of. Time to get some pickles and the new dragon card available for vouchers!
The countdown to the Yaba Pickle sale has officially begun! While the highly anticipated drop isn’t live just yet, we’ve had the pleasure of enjoying an exciting pre-launch treat.
This week, our community was joined by none other than Tasoshi Drakamoto... a well-known figure... but also so mysterious! The new drakoshan may always brings energy, insight, and a whole lot of fun.
Tatoshi didn’t come empty-handed, either. Whether you’re here for the memes, the mission, or the potential gains, this pre-sale moment has been nothing short of electric.
Stay tuned... Yaba Pickle is almost here, and if this week’s teaser is anything to go by, we’re in for something unforgettable. Until then we shall enjoy the mysterious Tasoshi Drakamoto, a powerful Fire element mage inspired as a tribute to the mysterious Satoshi Nakamoto.
This 8-mana card brings a unique mix of abilities that can really change the flow of battle. Tasoshi Drakamoto grants an Inspire ability, giving friendly units a boost in melee attack, and also has Sneak, which targets the last enemy on the battlefield.
As she levels up, she gains a chance to stun opponents and can even counterattack when defeated, making her both a threat and a great support unit. With solid health and shield stats, she’s built to survive and keep fighting.
You can get Tasoshi Drakamoto exclusively in the Splinterlands Voucher Shop for about 250 vouchers per card, which roughly translates to $6.59 or 30 Hive. There’s no limit to how many you can buy, but each purchase comes with a small chance to get a rare black foil or gold foil version.
This card fits especially well in Modern format decks, where her abilities can create strategic advantages without relying on the overwhelming power of legacy cards. I could only afford one... but that's ok!
Tasoshi Drakamoto is definitely a cool new option if you’re looking to add firepower and flair to your collection while enjoying the dynamic battles of Splinterlands. Vonak!
I stopped playing Wild Mode, saving 2000 DEC per season, and now I am hustling on Modern! The vouchers were well spent on Tasoshi, and I used her straight after the purchese! This battle was made for melee... but casters will prevail!
With 42 mana for team selection, and a trio of battle-rules that advantaged close combat... I went for deadly spells! Blood and Sunder to destroy armor, Heavy Hitters for duble damage to knocked units, and Melee Mayhem were good but I declinded the offer!
Nidhoggr: -1 Health & -1 Armor for enemies, boosts for three allies
Halfling Refugee: Melee with Weary
Ashen Cindergrim: Caster with Opportunity
Night Reaper: Caster with Flying and Wingbreak
Tasoshi Drakamoto: Caster with Sneak
Kelan Gaines: Caster with Snipe
From the three battle-rules I was sure I will fight agains melee units, and my focus on magic was well thought. My dragon archon boosted the Night Reaper, Tasoshi Drakamoto and Kelan Gaines with Blast and Deathblow... so the game was on!
The blast damage was blowing the enamies to smitterines, and the Halfling Refugee was just a pawn in this game! The tank has hold the lines for one round, and helped the casters to lower the health of the opposite team.
The Ashen Cindergim couldn't tank at all, and fell after the first attack. However, a brand new wave of spells was charged and ready to retaliate. It was time for sparks, flares and magic!
The Night Reaper was strong enough to shield Tasoshi and Kelan, with flying and a supperior speed! One single spell and two enemies were sent into oblivion, then Tasoshi blasted another one.
By the end of the third round was only a lonely Infernal Firestorm against my troups, and the Night Reaper had no mercy! No need for heavy hitters when you have deadly casters! See the full battle here!
With decent mana and a trio of melee-favoring battle rules.... I choose a different path. While others would lean into brute force, I trusted in magic. I waited and then unleashed a devastating counterattack.
