There are different types of investment in the crypto space and each offers with different benefits and risks. Every kind of investment depends upon the investor strategy and what kind of income they want. There are risky investments which has also a good income reward and also safer investments whose income reward is also less.

In this post I am going to discuss on two kinds of investment in the #Cryptocurrency i.e Growth Coin Vs Staking Coin. Let me first explain little about these two types of investment and what is the difference between these two.

Growth coin are those coins which have the great potential to grow in future. Means that they have the good projects supporting and best technology for it. These kind of coins are not dividend paying coins and they donot offer staking APR benefits.

Where as on the other hand Staking coins are those coins which they pay dividends or offer best APR after staking. In other words these coins are staking coins which offers good APR to the holders.

Staking coins differ from one another such as some coins have good project and technology backed and also offer good APR, while some of them are have not good future but still they offer good APR to attract users.

Growth coins are those coins which are good to invest for long term. These kind of coins does not offer regular income streams. Growth coins are special only for the investors who look for the price appreciation.

Which Investment To Choose?

Where as Staking coins are those that are created with a primary purpose of facilitating network security and operations. They might or not have good future but they offer good APR in rewards. This can provide a regular income stream for coin holders.

If we talk about volatility of these two types of coin Growth coin are high volatile and the price fluctuation is much faster. Whereas staking coins less volatile because of its staking option. A coin which has staking option is less risky and Staking rewards can provide some stability to the coin's value.

By concluding the post let me give some examples of both types of these coins. Growth coin include Bitcoin , Ethereum, XRP, RUNE and other crypto coins.

Staking coin include ADA, DOT, HIVE, STEEM, and other staking coins which offers staking rewards. It depends upon the nature of the investors whether to choose growth coin investment or staking coin investment.
