I don't personally see the pools being particularly attractive without an LP reward.

I agree with this and support moving the reinvestment percentage over to LP rewards. I plan to keep adding some to the pools as long as rewards are available.

        Yeah, pools that don't have rewards need a big holder to seed the pool for other reasons (mainly so the project they work on has liquidity) or protocol owned liquidity. We don't do that so the pools need to have something enticing people to add in and take that extra risk.
