Look up the purple paint laws for marking boundaries for no trespassing. It tends to work out better because the signs can be removed. Holds up better in court too if things come to that.

Yeah I'm familiar with them. Only problem is finding purple paint! We have none locally at all so I got the signs. Figured it's better than nothing.
