Seeing this topic, reminds me of the reason why i keep working hard everyday, why I don't want to settle for less, why i choose successful life over surviving life. The word "Success" when people hear it, what usually come to their mind is money, cars, house's or titles. But sincerely, those things are very nice, who doesn't like all this things i just mentioned. But if i'm to be honest with myself, that not how i define my own success.
There's a saying that says; "Success come to those who think about success and also strive for it" To me success is having plans, goals for myself, and seeing my self moving forward, achieving my goals no matter how small or slow it may be. It doesn't matter how long it will take, but the fact that i'm waking every day and moving from one step to another, not being in the same spots. Realizing that i'm not were i used to be last year. That's one of the proof and signs of growth that come with success, not just in finance , but also in mindset and relationship.
Some people think success has to be big, dramatic or loud and that's not the case here, it's just like finishing what you've been procrastinating, having a discipline to say no to distraction, also learning new skills. All this build up with time and turn out to be success
For me to stay on track, i make sure i'm always consistent in my effort. Even when i don't feel like doing things, i discipline myself in doing the right thing because i know that's where my success lies, i wouldn't there deceive myself. Another thing that keep me on track, is reflecting and appreciating what i've already have. This are things that keep me on track.
I also want us to know this, if you see a productive life, it doesn't happen by mistakes or by accident. It is a result of hardworking and Smart working. Nothing good will happen, unless you work it out yourself. Because nobody can make you to become anything in life, it is what you make yourself to become
In my conclusion, i'll say success is personal, and that's why our defination can not be the same, because what looks like success to me, might not look like success to you, and that's fine. But what is important is does your own defination of success makes you happy and fulfilled. If your defination has this two words then you're good to go.
