I would like to say that, as a young businessman, I have been going through a lot of stress, going to the market to get fabrics, cutting as a tailor, sitting and sewing 5 to 6 dresses every day. It's stressful most times.
We all have stress, worries, and difficult moments in life. Sometimes, finding happiness during those times can feel almost impossible. But even in stressful moments, there may be small things that bring us peace and joy.
So what I do when I am stressed is play music. You know there are kinds of music that, when you play, will make you even sadder, or cry, and remind you of what happened in the past, and make you sober. I am always mindful of my selection of music. I choose the one that will make me feel excited especially Gospel music. Music that will encourage me, take away stress, and make me feel lighter. Music is one of the tools or instruments that takes away my stressful day or phase.
Moreso, calling my parents and my siblings, especially my father, he is always dramatic whenever I speak to my Dad. I do reach out to him because he would do one or two things that would make me laugh or I would call my elder sister and share a beautiful moment with me that would enlighten my spirit.
And the last is, listening to Apostle Joshua Selman's messages. He is my spiritual father, and his messages have been a blessing to me in many ways.
