Una Manada Dispareja (Es/ En)

Hay historias que te enamoran y esta es una de ellas. Mi amiga Daysi, radicada en Chile, se ha convertido en una mamá humana de una adorable perra que rescató de su antiguo domicilio donde vivía alquilada; esta perrita estaba en la calle y recibía muchos maltratos, entonces mi amiga, al ver su situación, la rescató, la llevó al veterinario, pues presentaba muchas escoriaciones en la piel y desnutrición, brindándole todas las atenciones necesarias, aparte del amor que nació entre ambas; así fue que Samanta llegó a su familia.

Con el tiempo, mi amiga se mudó a un espacio más grande, donde le recomendaron adoptar a un gato para que le ayudara a mantener a raya algunos animales indeseables, ya que esta casa está en un área de campo, y ella aceptó adoptar a un pequeño gato naranja, al principio con ese propósito. Pero le preocupaba la relación que pudiera establecer con Samanta, pues según la naturaleza, gatos y perros no se llevan, decían...

Sin embargo, al llegar este pequeñín, de una vez vio en Samanta a la madre que necesitaba e incluso buscaba que ella le diera pecho y la perra, como por complacerlo, lo dejaba y así, sin más, los dos establecieron un vínculo muy especial donde ambos se acompañaban a todo tiempo. Mi amiga se quedó asombrada ante la cercanía que ambos establecieron, porque se acicalaban cada uno a su manera, jugaban, dormían juntos y así hasta que Samanta salió en embarazo.

Para cuando ella empezó con este proceso, el pequeño Gaspar, como le pusieron, ya no tan chiquito, la cuidaba en todo momento, así hasta cuando le llegó el momento de traer a sus criaturas al mundo. Gaspar fue el fiel compañero para Samanta en esos momentos tan intensos, claro, aparte de mi amiga, quien ha documentado toda esta experiencia, arrancándonos a quienes les hemos conocido desde un inicio sonrisas y sorpresa ante esta manada dispareja; ahora son Samanta, Gaspar y 7 hermosos cachorritos.

Esta es una historia en donde los animales nos enseñan lecciones de vida, con la empatía que demuestran, el amor, la protección, la fidelidad y, sobre todo, el saberse que son parte de una misma familia sin hacer distinción de razas ni colores; solo existe amor y compañía. Qué sabia es esta manada dispareja. Quise compartirles esta historia e imágenes que me comparte mi amiga de sus adorables mascotas. ¡Saludos, amigos!

There are stories that steal your heart, and this is one of them. My friend Daysi, who lives in Chile, has become a human mom to an adorable dog she rescued from her old rental home; This little dog was on the street and had been severely mistreated, so when my friend saw her situation, she rescued her and took her to the vet, as she had many skin abrasions and was malnourished. My friend gave her all the necessary care, along with the love that blossomed between them; that’s how Samanta became part of her family.

Over time, my friend moved to a larger place, where she was advised to adopt a cat to help keep some unwanted animals at bay, since this house is in a rural area, and she agreed to adopt a little orange cat, initially for that purpose. But she was worried about the relationship he might form with Samanta, since, as they say, cats and dogs don’t get along by nature…

However, as soon as this little one arrived, he immediately saw Samanta as the mother he needed and even tried to get her to nurse him, and the dog, as if to please him, let him—and just like that, the two formed a very special bond where they were together all the time. My friend was amazed by the closeness they developed, because they groomed each other in their own ways, played, slept together, and so on until Samanta became pregnant.

By the time she went through this process, little Gaspar—as they named him, though he wasn’t so little anymore—looked after her at all times, right up until the moment she gave birth to her puppies. Gaspar was Samanta’s faithful companion during those intense moments—of course, aside from my friend, who has documented this entire experience, bringing smiles and surprise to those of us who have known them from the start at the sight of this unlikely pack; now they are Samanta, Gaspar, and seven beautiful puppies.

This is a story where animals teach us life lessons through the empathy they show, the love, the protection, the loyalty, and, above all, the knowledge that they are part of the same family without distinction of breed or color; there is only love and companionship.
