Good afternoon to all dear and appreciated friends. I hope and wish that you are all having a nice Saturday with your family and above all that you have many blessings on this day. Friends, on this day I have decided to write a new one. For those who do not know how the dynamics work, I tell you that this story is related to our game Rising Star. In other words, I was inspired to do it using one of the cards in the game. To be more specific, the R211 Giovanna card. The story is designed based on the art of the card and the phrase below it. I hope you like it. The comments are open for you to leave me your opinions, I will be reading them. With this explained, let's get started right away.

Being excited about something is the most beautiful thing in life. In many ways, it motivates us to keep going and try to achieve the things we want. This was the case with Giovanna some time ago. She has had many beautiful and happy moments in her life, but this one was very special for several reasons. You see, since she was very young, she has been studying at a music school. She has spent practically all her youth studying and practicing Opera specifically. In all these years she was one of the best in her class, not the best, but one of the most outstanding. Her teachers and parents were very confident that she would one day be great in this world of music and opera. And in fact she herself believed it too.
To graduate with the gold title from the academy, she had to pass several singing tests where she had to demonstrate her abilities before an audience and judges. If she did not manage to impress the judges, she would get a lower grade or perhaps none at all. This of course would not be the end of his story, but if he came out of this test successfully he would start off on the right foot in this race.
And this is where we get to the beginning of this story. The day of this test has arrived and she is very excited because it is her chance to shine, so to speak. She had not stopped practicing since the day before. Her parents, who were singers, had also been waiting for this moment for a long time. So she had a lot of pressure to do very well. All this despite the excitement she had, it seemed to limit her a little. No one can imagine what it is like to be going through such pressure, only those who experience it understand it. This day, which is the final test, she is fourth on the waiting list to do her demonstration.
On the one hand, she felt relieved not to be the first because she did not have to break the ice, but on the other hand, being fourth on the list made her nervous because she would have to wait longer. She would have preferred to be second or third, but fourth gave her the feeling of being last and that there were more contestants behind her, you can't imagine what those people feel. The cousin was Carla, she was a girl with incredible confidence. She had no problems and easily got the highest score from the judges. But nothing to do with Jiover, who was second. He did very badly, his voice was not very well tuned and he couldn't get the words out because of his nerves. Overall he got the lowest score. When she saw this she got even more nervous, because she thought the same thing would happen to her.
Then it was her friend Naibelis' turn, she did very well unlike her other partner. So she got good grades like the first one who passed. And now it was Giovanna's turn. She had been waiting for this moment for a long time and now it was time to shine and show everything she had. When she got on stage the nerves attacked her but she breathed deeply and was able to resist them. After that she began to sing, the beginning of her song was practically perfect. The judges were already telling each other that she would get one of the highest grades. But unfortunately just when she was halfway through the song her voice began to get a little wrinkled. She was beginning to quickly lose her tune. Her nerves were winning the battle. Even so, she continued to concentrate on her breathing.
But being so focused on her breathing she did not realize that she was getting a little ahead of the music of the orchestra that was playing to accompany her. She was practically in front and the orchestra behind. The judges, as you might expect, noticed this and decided that she no longer deserved the highest rating, because she had failed on those points. When she finished singing, they explained to her all the things they had liked about her performance. But then came the shocker, they told her that she had to improve her breathing techniques and to keep up with the time of the orchestra that accompanied her. In truth, she had mastered all this, but her nerves betrayed her a little. Nevertheless, the judges gave her an 8/10 which is quite a lot, so far she had one of the highest ratings, because in the end she had done very well.
Still, she felt a little dissatisfied with the result, because she expected more from herself. But well, that was what she had been able to get. In addition, she had been able to graduate with an excellent grade that would help her later in life if one day she decided to join a band or something like that. Despite everything, she wanted perfection for her performance, so this small failure made her very sad. In fact, she spent the next few days without leaving her room because of this and she hardly ate. Her mother and father had to work hard to cheer her up, because they were very worried about seeing her in that condition.
Little by little, they made her see that one is not perfect and therefore one cannot demand perfection. They also told her that her performance was wonderful and that they were very satisfied with what she had achieved. They could not be happier with her. These sincere words from them helped her see that they were actually right. One cannot demand perfection when we clearly know that no one is. So she began to compose herself in the next few days. She started to leave her room and had to have breakfast with her family again. Taking advantage of the fact that they were now together at the table, they explained some things to her. They confessed to her that even though they were professional singers in their beginnings, they also had their imperfections, in fact they still had them even though many did not see them. She could not believe it, because she saw them as perfect singers. All this encouraged her a lot to keep fighting and that morning she was ready to take on the world again.
Now that she had left the academy and was feeling better emotionally, she needed a new challenge to test herself again. But she didn't know where to look or where to sing so that others could see her. Her parents noticed this, so they invited her to sing together in a show they were giving the following week, so the three of them could sing as a family. She thought it was an excellent idea so she said yes. When the day came, and they went up on stage, she was once again nervous, but when she saw her parents by her side she remembered what they told her, it didn't have to be perfect, so she calmed down. The three of them sang together for hours, and they felt great. But the one who had the best time was her because now she had lost most of her nerves and no longer demanded perfection. Now she is ready to take on the world.
