After so many days of grey skies and constant rain, today finally felt like a breath of fresh air. The sun came out, soft at first but slowly growing warmer. Everything around looked unusually clear, almost freshly washed. The trees seemed greener, the roads cleaner, and even the air felt lighter. It’s funny how a little sunshine can change the entire mood of a place.
कई दिनों तक लगातार बादलों और बारिश के बाद, आज सच में ऐसा लगा जैसे ताज़ी हवा का झोंका मिल गया हो। सूरज धीरे-धीरे निकला, शुरुआत में हल्का सा, फिर धीरे-धीरे उसकी गर्माहट बढ़ने लगी। आसपास की हर चीज़ अलग ही लग रही थी, जैसे सब कुछ धुलकर एकदम साफ हो गया हो। पेड़ पहले से ज़्यादा हरे लग रहे थे, सड़कें भी साफ और चमकती हुई, और हवा भी हल्की और सुकून देने वाली महसूस हो रही थी। सच में, थोड़ी सी धूप भी किसी जगह का पूरा माहौल बदल देती है।
What really caught my attention was how far I could see today. The distant mountains, which are usually hidden behind mist or clouds, stood out so clearly. And beyond them, the Himalayas revealed themselves in the most beautiful way. The snow-covered peaks were shining under the sunlight, looking so crisp and bright.
आज सबसे ज़्यादा जो चीज़ मेरा ध्यान खींच रही थी, वो ये थी कि मैं कितनी दूर तक साफ-साफ देख पा रही थी। दूर के पहाड़, जो आमतौर पर धुंध या बादलों के पीछे छिपे रहते हैं, आज एकदम साफ नज़र आ रहे थे। और उनके पीछे, हिमालय अपनी सबसे खूबसूरत झलक में दिखाई दे रहा था। बर्फ से ढकी चोटियाँ धूप में चमक रही थीं, इतनी साफ और उजली कि नज़र हटाना मुश्किल हो रहा था।
I wasn’t the only one enjoying this change. A lot of people had stepped out, probably feeling the same relief after days of being indoors. There were people walking slowly, some just sitting and soaking in the warmth, and others chatting as if the sun had lifted everyone’s spirits at once.
मैं ही अकेली नहीं थी जो इस बदलाव का आनंद ले रही थी। बहुत से लोग बाहर निकल आए थे, शायद कई दिनों तक घर में रहने के बाद वही सुकून महसूस करते हुए। कोई आराम से टहल रहा था, कुछ लोग बस बैठे हुए धूप की गर्माहट का आनंद ले रहे थे, और कुछ आपस में बातें कर रहे थे, जैसे इस धूप ने एक साथ सबका मूड अच्छा कर दिया हो।
