Hello, hello, hivers of #photographylovers đđŸ
Today I want to tell you (and show you) about the incredibly artistic day I had yesterday. As always, I packed my gear before heading out so I wouldnât risk forgetting anything.

My first stop was Old Havana â I didnât want to miss the talk by Italian photographer Fulvio Bugani, whoâs also a good friend. There, I caught up with other colleagues I often run into at these kinds of events. Fulvio also showed us a magazine featuring part of a project weâd seen before â but never in print like this. I have to say, seeing photographic work in this kind of format really stirs something inside you.

Afterward, I had to take care of some work errands, and a little later, I ended up at the FĂĄbrica de Arte Cubano (FAC). You could say my visit was a mixed one đ â I started by watching a documentary on the work of NicolĂĄs GuillĂ©n LandriĂĄn, then visited a few exhibitions I hadnât been able to see fully before.

First, I stopped by the show by Maya Dagnino, whom Iâd actually met on installation day, and ended with the group exhibition held during "Noviembre FotogrĂĄfico". From that last one, Iâm sharing images of âImpermanent Masksâ by Brazilian artist Alessandro Celante. Itâs an installation made up of 12 images printed on translucent fabric, which the audience can interact with.

In the end, I was totally worn out, but I think every minute was worth it.
You tell me â what did you think of this artistic journey?
