rock 'n water

Jesper'n in Brunlanes is a great place to explore with lots of amazing rock formations concentrated in a small area. it's right on the open ocean but as long as the sea is not too rough it's also a good swimming spot for those who prefer the wild rocks instead of a crowded beach. so let's jump in.

the spores of glacial action are unmistakable with carved and polished rock.

it wasn't the ice itself that did the carving but the glaciers dragged loose stones under the several kilometer deep ice.. eddys and swirls of water under extreme pressure spun loose stones around that ground and polished the solid rock underneath. there's no way of knowing for sure but possibly these two loose rocks have been left by the last glacier after it receded

the coast is dotted with remnants of WWII in strategic areas all along the coast
