Aspiro is one of those paintings that feels like a trapped form of energy struggling to unleash and get out. At least that's how I feel looking at it. It's worthy of being a favourite. Mine is I wanted to Be. It reminds me of Japanese style sakura paintings, although it could be inspired from Chinese style like you said. I find it really calming, and even its not my style, for once I feel more attached to it.
