Kenya - The scape where your heart is

in Photography Lovers5 months ago (edited)

"Please let yourself grow
And come out from the darkness
If you stay, how will you know
The scape where your heart is?"
(Time - Tom Adams)

Come out from the darkness and watch how much light, arts and joy (despite poverty and violence) is in Nairobi slum and around lake Turkana tribes.

This is the great scape where true humanity grows. A place inhabited by great spirits, I felt them during the night: they talk to me in dream, they move around pushed by the nighty strong wind in desertic places, entered inside the soul of all open heart people.

Two girls in Nairobi slum, I imagine them talking about some secret:

Future and love:

Here in the courtyard of a school:

"I'll be with you to the end
The morning is here soon
Keep blossoming my friend
Just escape, let yourself know"
(Tom Adams)

Do you actually know that Kenya have always been one of my favourites countries to visit someday

The fact that people are in slums doesn’t mean they are not happy or bad people
We’ve got some amazing people in slums and are content with what they’ve got
Nice pictures
Also, it’s good to help those in slums when we have the opportunity to

Thank you! Really. We have taken some biscuits to the children

Africa is closest to Nature and primitiveness but you can't imagine just how much I love my Africa and its simplicity. Great pictures dear.

Thank you! I love Africa me too.

i watched this movie 2 days ago. it's amazing as well the stills images you photographed there

Thank you bro!

Wow brother, Kenya sounds like a place full of life and spirit despite the challenges there. It's inspiring to think about the strength and joy in places like Nairobi and the tribes around Lake Turkana. Hope things go very well there !BEER

Thank you! Things are not going so well in Nairobi. Life in Nairobi is hard, but worst things is to see many people (usually children and small guys) without an house and not integrated in city life. Malaika foundation is doing the best to give them an opprtunity!

I really wish the foundation well brother, it's not easy there my goodness... I hope for better healthcare, and government to focus on helping the people well !PIZZA
