The Perigee phase phenomenon is when the moon is at a close distance to the earth, which usually occurs during a full moon, often causing or increasing the height of the sea tide to the maximum, which is usually known as tidal flooding.

Good evening, my friends, wherever you are. I hope you are all healthy and happy so you can go about your daily activities as usual. I hope you all have a pleasant day.
Do you still remember the natural disaster in Sumatra? The one that occurred a few months ago had a serious impact on the community.
Well...
On this occasion, I will share a short article about the impact of this natural disaster, showing the minor damage that occurred at a beach tourist destination that was once very popular with local residents. However, after the natural disaster struck, the place began to decline, exacerbated by frequent tidal flooding.
So, this place now looks very well-maintained.
So, keep following my blog to see some pictures and short articles from me.

So, a few days ago, I had the chance to visit one of the beach destinations that is very popular with the local community: Keudee Bungkaih Beach, located in North Aceh.
This used to be a very popular beach with local residents, where many people would gather with family and friends to spend time together in the afternoon. However, that changed when natural disasters struck the area a few months ago.

The flash floods and landslides that have struck my area over the past few months have crippled several tourist destinations and communities, one of which is the Bungkaih beach area.
My friends...
During these flash floods, logs were carried down from the mountains via rivers. These logs are the result of irresponsible human activity that has destroyed the forest.
These are some pictures I took, showing several small logs still left on the shoreline.

The natural disaster also caused several areas of eroded land that came with high rainfall, However, one thing that amazed me, when I was here, where the people were still able to smile even though some of their houses had been destroyed by the natural disaster that struck and they were also still able to bring their children to play together on the beach which I think, this is one of the places they can rely on to make their families together, because in this area, the impact is not too bad compared to other places

Next, I stopped at one of the grocery stores in the area, which used to be filled with vendors selling snacks for visitors who visited this beach tourist destination in the afternoon, but the natural disaster that hit the last few days made them stop these activities because the food supply could not enter and In addition, some of their places were also destroyed by flash floods, and now this place is starting to be deserted by visitors even though this is one of the beaches that I often visited in the past and also this area is one of my favorite beaches because this beach has calm waves and a wide coastline

and now what remains in this area are small logs as I shared above, also with several fishing boats that are no longer used because they are damaged, also with several small huts that are starting to be abandoned by their owners.

In addition, the frequent tidal flooding in this area also exacerbates the situation. The government is currently focusing on post-disaster recovery. However, this area is experiencing another impact, namely tidal flooding. Tidal flooding is a phenomenon during the phase when the moon is at its closest distance to the earth, causing maximum sea tides. This height has caused damage to the coastline, and the resulting coastal flooding has affected various community activities, especially those working as fishermen.
Okay, friends, those are some images and a short text from me. I hope my fellow photography enthusiasts enjoy what I've shared this time. Thank you to all of you who have taken the time to view and read my blog to the end.
Leave your comments, support, and input, which means a lot to me so I can create a better blog in the future.
That's all for now.
Greetings, everyone.
