Like Water: My Simple Way to Recharge

Life often pull us in different directions, work, chores, family and unexpected surprises that we can get really exhausted. But pausing to think about how I recharge each day I realize it is really quite simple, and water has been the center of it all.
I have my favorite water bottle that I like to keep will me while working and it does me so much good to have water by the side while working.

Water had always been a good way of recharging for me. When I feel tired or anxious, I always pour myself some water, just water, not juice, not soda and as I drink it feels like life slowly returns to me, drop by drop.
Almost like when watering a wilting plant, the energy gently comes back when I accompany it with a good rest.

Like a quiet pool reflecting the sky

After drinking water, I take a good break, breathing and letting my thoughts drift.

I remember when I was younger and I used to always go in the rain when I'm sad, yes it always brightened my mood too. Now I still love the rain, I don't go in it but I love watching it pour down , I love watching the winds blow the leaves, and it's surprising how such quiet moments can refill even more than any big plan.

Recharging is not always about doing something exciting on the outside, it can just by lying down in my bed, closing my eyes and letting my ming wander wherever it wants. I might think about the material (fabric) I'll sew next or about a meal I want to cook but always with no pressure to act right away. I think this is a soft hidden kind of recharge that builds energy quietly.

What I love most about the minimalist recharging is that it doesn't cost much but you get the best satisfaction. I love how natural and gentle my recharging routine is, and it doesn't depend on screens, noise or endless scrolling, it is Just me, water, stillness and giving myself the pause even if it's for just a few minutes.
Minimalism can also be about what we keep and not just about what we remove, it's about the few simple and pure things that help us to feel alive again, and for me the most important is in nature, water and stillness.

Water is an essential part of life and it's very okay for the body , so yeah, i do see the reason why it's your way to recharge.

It's very nice to see how you let life flow like water l, calming, quiet and reflective, and how you also put it in the way you do things.

It's a hearty reminder that little things brings peace and tranquil putting things in place, like wetting your dry throat and calming anxious thoughts.
