Swiss water method is much better as the flavor is preserved better. Starbucks used to use it but have since switched to methyl chloride. Finding a good coffee that uses the Swiss method will be the challenge!

I had no idea that Starbucks switched that’s not good!🙄
The Mrs. tells me there’s also a third way, that uses carbon dioxide, that they call natural which is better than a chemical, but not as good as the Swiss water😊
