Thanks mate, i am aware of the dodgey ingredients they are hiding in food these days i use to work for a company that supplies quiche to all the supermarkets.

I started out in the food prep, then became a vatman making the custards that go into Quiche, then as (QC) Quality Control

The more basic your quiche the less ingredients that can go in, a basic custard is egg, milk and sodium chloride which is table salt.

It certainly is a mine field of chemicals out there for sure.
