We'll see how long the rental situation stays up, right now because it's now seasonal rentals people have been price gauging. As a result less people will rent and play. I think those priced will then go back down to where they were. Time will tell. Credit card companies seem to be doing more of those security flags lately. I think all the scams out there are costing them too much so they are trying to be proactive. It may get worse before it gets better.
