Hatch season is another one of my favorite times of year. They always send interesting stuff up our way.

        Hatch grows some awesome green chili, I've been there several times. They have a great restaurant called Sparky's, lots of great BBQ and green chili items!

                    It's a really small town surrounded by farmland right up to the Rio Grande on the east. The river is dry now almost all year long except during irrigation season.
