It's just that that world has changed a lot. People now keep things to themselves in order not to be judged or be a topic for others.
I think I'm a victim here. currently, I doubt if I have anyone I share bugging issues with....I know it's bad🫣

Importantly, there's no better feeling to having people you share issues with and they all genuinely cook up solutions
