RE: Inspite Of The Ache

You have written very well wrt that place in our lives when we feel we are stuck and not sure of next step. I have probably been in that space since the pandemic tbh. However I can see how people might not really know. Nowadays the things I go through are not really exclusive to me, the situation is such that most people around me are facing similar or worse situations. So as an adult what happens is that we end up prioritizing interaction with others and getting through the chores and work of the day, rather than sit down and open up on things that we ourselves might not really know objectively. I appreciate your point on how that can be a dangerous situation and how it is better to share, and to get people to share. However if the subject themselves are not sure then, short of therapy, it is good for them to at least be in the company of family and friends cause in some ways those interactions might keep them active and hopeful. Just like the trigger that caused the lady in question to open up, there might be triggers which might give people an idea of next step. Having said all of the above I do agree it is not healthy to hide it all away. If you are down say so, if you are stuck say so. I openly say it even if some people think of it as an excuse. Best to be as open as possible.

I ended up thinking a lot about this :) thank you. Cheers from another #dreemerforlife

The pandemic was really a game changer for many of us.

I love it when people see and understand the message I try to share. I really like your perspective on this as it is a really authentic one.

Thank you so much for reading.
