El viernes pasado recibí un mensaje de @noheliah, donde me preguntaba si ese día iría a la práctica de ajedrez con mi hijo Matías porque le había comentado a unas amigas suyas sobre Hive, y quería que yo me reuniese con ellas allí en Ecocenter para explicarles con más profundidad todo lo referente a Hive, y por supuesto le dije que sí, porque justamente ahora estamos activos con el onbording trayendo nuevos miembros a la blockchain aquí en Margarita.
Como en estos momentos contamos con el proyecto de onboarding de @OCD para aperturar nuevas cuentas con su respectivo acompañamiento, me pareció importante que antes de abrir las cuentas me asegurara que entendiesen de qué va Hive, lo que implica formar parte de la plataforma, y todos los detalles que creo que son importantes, para que así pudiesen decidir si realmente desean ingresar, esto lo hago por dos cosas: en principio, no abrir cuentas a lo loco y en segundo lugar para no perder el tiempo capacitando a alguien que luego se aleje porque en un principio no entendió el funcionamiento de la plataforma, así que ese era el plan con las chicas.
En principio nos encontramos en Ecocenter, pero luego decidimos ir a otro lugar donde pudiésemos estar más tranquilas y conversar sin problemas, así que de ahí nos fuimos al restaurante el Remo, @jesymora y @noheliah en compañía de Melanie y Valeria, pedimos algunas bebidas y nos sentamos a conversar.
Les hable de Hive, qué es y cómo funciona, hablamos un poco de las comunidades, interacción, sistema de recompensas y otros aspectos importantes, para finalmente abrir sus cuentas, una vez que solicité los enlaces a través del canal de Discord para tal fin, lo que fue bastante rápido. Luego ya en casa, vía online las ayudé acceder a Keychain y dimos un paseo por peakd para ayudarlas un poco a entender la interfaz.
De momento ya tienen las herramientas para ir trabajando en sus introducciones, y espero que pronto puedan publicarlas.
Por otro lado, hoy me tocó hacer la inducción vía online a otra compañera de Valeria y Melanie, quien también pudo crear su cuenta hoy, así que tenemos trabajito por delante, ya que yo soy muy mamá gallina, y no los suelto hasta que vea que se desenvuelven solos sin problemas, así que así vamos por estos lados. Esperando que las chicas terminen enamorándose de Hive y puedan disfrutar de esta aventura maravillosa.

Last Friday I received a message from @noheliah, asking me if I would go to chess practice that day with my son Matías because he had told some friends of his about Hive, and he wanted me to meet them there at Ecocenter to explain in more depth everything about Hive, and of course I said yes, because right now we are active with the onbording bringing new members to the blockchain here in Margarita.
As we currently have the @OCD onboarding project to open new accounts with their respective accompaniment, I thought it was important that before opening the accounts I made sure they understood what Hive is about, what it means to be part of the platform, and all the details that I think are important, so they could decide if they really want to join, I do this for two things: first of all, not to open accounts in a crazy way, and secondly, not to waste time training someone who then walks away because at first did not understand how the platform works, so that was the plan with the girls.
At first we met at Ecocenter, but then we decided to go to another place where we could be calmer and talk without problems, so from there we went to the restaurant el Remo, @jesymora and @noheliah in the company of Melanie and Valeria, we ordered some drinks and sat down to talk.
I told them about Hive, what it is and how it works, we talked a bit about the communities, interaction, reward system and other important aspects, to finally open their accounts, once I requested the links through the Discord channel for that purpose, which was quite fast. Then at home, via online I helped them to access Keychain and we took a walk through peakd to help them understand the interface.
At the moment they already have the tools to work on their introductions, and I hope they will be able to publish them soon.
On the other hand, today it was my turn to do the online induction to another colleague of Valeria and Melanie, who was also able to create her account today, so we have a little work ahead of us, since I am very much a mother hen, and I don't let them go until I see that they can manage on their own without problems, so that's the way we are going around these parts. Hoping the girls end up falling in love with Hive and can enjoy this wonderful adventure.
