There was a very heavy storm in Istanbul last night and then it started to rain. Since I was going to get up early in the morning and go to work, this situation started to worry me a little. Just in case, I woke up a little early and checked the weather. If it was still raining, I would have taken the metro to work. Even though it was a little cold, I went by motorbike. I was a little cold, I hope I don't get sick.

İstanbul’da dün gece çok şiddetli bir fırtına vardı ve ardından yağmur yağmaya başladı. Sabah erken kalkıp işe gideceğim için bu durum beni biraz endişelendirmeye başladı. Her ihtimale karşı biraz erken uyandım ve havayı kontrol ettim. Yağmur yağmaya devam ediyor olsaydı işe metro ile gidecektim. Hava biraz soğuk olsa da motosikletle gittim. Biraz üşümüştüm, umarım hasta olmam.
Although the sun started to show itself towards noon, the weather was cold. The weather got a little warmer around 14.00. I took photos from different places at different times today. The post does not have a specific topic, I wanted to have a general conversation through the photos.
In the afternoon we had work in Çekmeköy. We used the Northern Marmara motorway. I really love this road. Whenever I pass through here, the road is empty and I feel myself outside of Istanbul 😅I took most of the photos from inside the car, so some of them are of poor quality.
Öğlen vakitlerine doğru güneş kendini göstermeye başlasa da hava soğuktu. Saat 14.00 gibi hava biraz da ısındı. Bugün farklı saatlerde farklı yerlerden fotoğraflar çektim. Postun belirli bir konusu yok fotoğraflar üzerinden genel bir sohbet etmek istedim.
Öğleden sonra Çekmeköy’de işimiz vardı. Kuzey Marmara otoyolunu kullandık. Bu yolu gerçekten çok seviyorum. Ne zaman burdan geçsem yol boş oluyor ve kendimi İstanbul’un dışında hissediyorum 😅Fotoğrafların büyük bir bölümünü arabanın içinden çektim bu yüzden bazılarının kalitesi düşük.
Çekmeköy side is like a different city independent from Istanbul. Since I live in a crowded district, it seems like a very quiet place to me. Since the rents are a little more affordable on these sides, I searched for a house here before I got married, but I gave up later because it was far from the workplace.
After taking care of our business, we connected to the Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge from the northern Marmara motorway.
Çekmeköy tarafı İstanbul’dan bağımsız farklı bir şehir gibi. Ben kalabalık bir ilçede oturduğum için bana çok sakin bir yer gibi geliyor. Kiralar bu taraflarda biraz daha uygun olduğu için evlenmeden önce buralardan ev araştırmıştım ancak iş yerine uzak olduğu için sonradan vazgeçtim.
İşimizi hallettikten sonra tekrardan kuzey Marmara otoyolundan Fatih Sultan Mehmet köprüsüne bağlandık.
Whenever I see a forested area, it attracts me. As I said before, I started to get a little cold from city life. I want to live more in the countryside.
Don't you think the clouds look very beautiful over the trees?
In some of the photos I shared, I tried to bring the clouds to the forefront. I don't know the type of clouds because I'm not very familiar with geography. 😅
The part I'm interested in is that they are quite interesting.
Ne zaman ormanlık bir alan görsem ilgimi çekiyor. Daha öncede dediğim gibi şehir hayatından biraz soğumaya başladım. Daha çok kırsal kesimlerde yaşamak istiyorum.
Ağaçların üzerinden bulutlar çok güzel görünmüyor mu sizce de?
Paylaştığım bazı fotoğraflarda bulutları ön plana almaya çalıştım. Coğrafya ile aram çok fazla olmadığı için bulutların türünü bilmiyorum. 😅
Benim ilgilendiğim kısım oldukça ilgi çekici olmaları.
I have previously taken and shared the Bosphorus bridge at night. Among the photos I took today are the Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge and the Bosphorus view. The view of the bridge at night and the view of the Bosphorus during the day impress me. In the coming days, I plan to take photos in the evening and share them.
Today, a gloomy weather prevailed in general. It is said that the weather will get a little warmer in the following days. I hope we will reach summer soon.

Daha önce Boğaziçi köprüsünü gece çekip paylaşmıştım. Bugün çektiğim fotoğraflar arasında Fatih Sultan Mehmet köprüsü ve boğaz manzarası var. Gece köprü manzarası gündüz ise boğaz manzarası beni etkiliyor. Önümüzdeki günlerde akşam fotoğraf çekip paylaşmayı düşünüyorum.
Bugün genel olarak kasvetli bir hava hakimdi. İlerleyen günlerde havaların biraz daha ısınacağı söyleniyor. Umarım yaza kısa sürede ulaşırız.
