Hola amigos, feliz inicio de semana, espero se encuentren muy bien, hoy quiero compartirles que me puse como meta esta semana ir saliendo de muchas tareas pendientes, cómo comenzar a hacerle un cariñito a mi cabello y a mis manos.
Desde finales de noviembre no me pintaba mi cabello, lo que hacía que mis raíces se notarán bastante y más porque estoy usando el cabello rubio lo más natural posible, mi cabello es castaño claro, pero al ponerlo en contraste con el rubio se ve más oscuro de lo normal, había tenido tiempo para pintarme las raíces, pero le daba largas y así pasaron dos meses, pero considerando que el viernes debo ir a la universidad quise ir con una mejor apariencia.
Una de las cosas que me había desmotivado para pintarme el cabello es que no encontraba el tono del último tinte que había usado, el cual me había gustado bastante. Visité varias tiendas de tintes y no encontraba el tono, así que terminé comprando esta marca que no había usado y me la recomendó la vendedora.

I visited several hair dye stores and couldn't find the shade, so I ended up buying this brand that I hadn't used and the salesperson recommended it to me.
La verdad es que al usarlo me gustó porque no sentí ardor en el cuero cabelludo y esto es algo que me duele pasar al momento de aplicarme tintes en el cabello, usé esta marca con agua de 30 volúmenes y lo dejé por 45 minutos.
He notado como mi cabello ha crecido desde el último corte que me hice, siempre he querido tener el cabello muy largo y hasta hace dos años lo tenía más abajo de la cintura, me encantaba, pero pasaron cosas inexplicables científicamente y mi cabello se me daño y tuve que cortármelo muy corto, me sentí muy triste, pero poco a poco me ha ido creciendo.
Suelo usar mi cabello rizado y rubio, pero mi hebra capilar es muy delgada, lo que hace que se me enrede y quiebre con facilidad. Tengo el cuero cabelludo sensible, así que debo peinarlo con mucho cuidado, de preferencia cuando está húmedo, y se me cae bastante, debo usar baño de crema sí o si en cada lavada, si no el peine no me entra en el cabello.

Cuando lavo mi cabello al peinarlo, uso crema para peinar para definir mis rizos, ya que mi cabello es ondulado y debo ayudarlo para poder lucirlo rizado. Hoy trate de que mi día fuera lo más productivo posible, llevé a mi hijo a la escuela, desperté temprano, resolví algunos de los tantos pendientes de mi larga lista para así evitar Procrastinar, aún me falta un balance enorme para ser efectiva completamente, pero estoy en ese proceso.
También aproveché para pintar mis uñas que hacía un tiempo que no lo hacía y me sentí bien con ello, me faltan muchas cosas por ajustar, pero estoy viviendo mi proceso, así que sigamos aprovechando esta semana. Ah! Y por su puesto no dejé de disfrutar de un rico y espumoso café con leche para no perder la costumbre.
