Feliz noche amigos de Lifestyle está noche quiero compartir con ustedes que con mi mamá fuimos a hacer las compras para lo que nos hacía falta en la casa y es increíble como ella disfruta tanto ir a hacer la compra a este supermercado y es que ella últimamente no sale tanto de casa, pero cuando podemos ir a hacer la compra al supermercado ella siempre dice para almorzar en este lugar y es que le gusta mucho el pollo que venden aquí y siempre que puedo cumplo sus antojos y es que cuando nuestros padres se van haciendo mayores se vuelven nuestros niños.
Good night Lifestyle friends, tonight I want to share with you that my mom and I went shopping for what we needed at home and it's incredible how much she enjoys going shopping at this supermarket and it's that she doesn't leave the house much lately, but when we can go shopping at the supermarket she always says to have lunch at this place and she really likes the chicken they sell here and whenever I can I satisfy her cravings and it's that when our parents get older they become our children.
Cuando llegamos al supermercado lo primero que yo veo es el área de las frutas y verduras, mi mamá comienza a seleccionar las papas, las cebollas y algunos otros vegetales. Es increíble que al llegar a esta edad amo tanto ir al supermercado y quisiera traerme todos los vegetales y más cuando están muy frescos.
When we get to the supermarket, the first thing I see is the produce section. My mom starts sorting out the potatoes, onions, and a few other vegetables. It's incredible that at this age, I love going to the supermarket so much and want to bring all the vegetables home, especially when they're fresh.
Al parecer mi mamá ya se acostumbro a tener una hija que siempre quiere estar tomando fotos, pero es que antes era todo un tema que ella se quisiera tomar fotos y ahora hasta se ríe. Sabe que uso las fotos para mí trabajo y también para siempre tener recuerdos. Así sea que solo estemos haciendo mercado o dejando memorias de una fecha importante.
It seems my mom has gotten used to having a daughter who always wants to take photos, but before, it was a big deal that she wanted to take photos, and now she even laughs. She knows I use photos for my work and also to forever cherish memories. Whether we're just shopping or leaving memories of an important date.
Compramos lo que necesitábamos, e hicimos la fila para pagar. Compramos algunas verduras, pasta, arroz, cafe, pollos y detergente y gastamos 62$ es increíble como todo ha subido bastante de precio. Antes con 60$ comprobamos un poco más!
We bought what we needed and waited in line to pay. We bought some vegetables, pasta, rice, coffee, chicken, and detergent, and we spent $62. It's incredible how much more expensive everything has become. Before with $60 we checked a little more!
Luego de terminar con la compra de comida decidimos ir al área donde venden comida pesada y pollo y comprar medio pollo para almorzar. Y les cuento que mi mamá fue la que pago y luego me dijo que retirará en pollo, pues cuando viene la muchacha que atendió y me trae solo un cuarto de pollo y mi cara fue de asombro pues no era lo que mi había comprado, cuando me di cuenta le dije a la muchacha que se había equivocado y este no era mi pedido.
After finishing our food shopping, we decided to go to the area where they sell heavy food and chicken and buy a half chicken for lunch. My mom was the one who paid and then told me she'd pick up the chicken. When the girl who served me came and brought me only a quarter of a chicken, I was shocked because it wasn't what I had bought. When I realized it, I told the girl she had made a mistake and that it wasn't my order.
El medio pollo traía arepas, ensalada y guasacaca antes de comer por supuesto nos tomamos una foto y disfrutamos de este delicioso pollo. Puede parecer que hacer mercado es algo rutinario pero a mi mamá y a mí nos hace muy feliz y es algo que disfrutamos hacer mucho.
The half chicken came with arepas, salad, and guasacaca. Before eating, of course, we took a photo and enjoyed the delicious chicken. Shopping for groceries may seem like a routine, but it makes my mom and me very happy and it's something we really enjoy.
