Greetings everyone!
Here we go today with another post about the body building. Well as you guys might know I am just in progress to make my body fit by lifting some weights. So as It's been a long months and I want to check my growth of muscle, so by clicking some photos me and my friends were just checking the growth, you can also called this as a JOURNAL. By doing some photo shoot you might get the knowledge that is your body or muscle growing or not. If not then you might need to change something your routine, workout or diet plan.
Because it is not that easy to make a body and maintain a good physique. It needs lot of discipline, consistency then we think. It's just like a 1v1 challenge with your own mind. It is a sign which shows the discipline in yourself and nobody can buy or make in a shortcut way.
As we were hitting the arms yesterday so we just take some casual photos. And then we see how our muscles are grown, and we were very happy to see them and by seeing them we were getting more motivation and goosebumps to make body. If you are not going to gym you should go this will help you in a lot of ways, which might you don't even know.
There are lot and lot of advantages of doing gym like it will increase your muscle growth, and make your mindset more stronger then before, make your life more discipline in your daily routine too. And if you make your muscle more big you will also look more attractive when you will go in public or crowded place. It will attract the eyes of other people because they know how hard it is to make this type of body/physique.
If you are going to gym then you should also take some photos as a journal and know about where the mistakes are been made or is your workout plan okay to be fit in or not, otherwise need to change your routine. This small things matters a lot in gym to build the good structure.
If you also need my daily routine, I can share my workout which muscle I am targeting daily. Here we go:-
- MONDAY:- CHEST/ SHOULDER.
- TUESDAY:- BACK.
- WEDNESDAY:- ARMS (BISCEP/TRICEP).
- THURSDAY:- LEGS.
- FRIDAY:- CHEST/ SHOULDER.
- SATURDAY:- BACK
- SUNDAY:- ARMS( BISCEP/TRICEP)
- MONDAY:- LEGS.
This is how I am targeting my muscle, I don't have any specific day to target the muscle. If your workout is been missed then I have to continue from where I am have missed the session.
So start going to gym and make your day more productive. And don't miss or break your discipline after making it.
