Sábado cuanto te anhelo porque es el día en que me puedo cocinar delicioso y consentirme mas aun amigos míos.
Menú balanceado y delicioso hecho con mucho amor ❣️
Mi Diario de Comida Día 20 estuvo así:

💖 07:00 am Té de jengibre y mi colágeno.
💖 09:00am Desayune huevos revueltos con pechuga de pollo asado, tomate y cebollas con limón y sal.
💖 01:00pm Almorcé sopa de pollo con papas y calabacín, exquisita amo las sopas amigos.
💖 03:00pm De merienda me hice un batido de papaya y leche de almendras.
💖 06:00pm De cena unas tortillas integrales rellenas de queso, aguacate, acompañado de jamonada asada.
Nuestro cuerpo es nuestro templo debemos cuidarlo, amarlo.
Esta merengada de papaya me encanta es suave, refrescante y cremosa. La sopa estaba caliente con buen sabor y la proteína en su punto amigos. El desayuno lo ame me dio mucha energía para ir al gimnasio y cumplir con la rutina del día, hoy fue un día feliz para mi.
Cuenten que les pareció este día de comidas amigos?

I'm so looking forward to Saturday because it's the day I can cook delicious food and pamper myself even more, my friends.

My Food Diary Day 20 looked like this:
If many can do it, so can I 🤗
💖 7:00 am Ginger tea and my collagen.
💖 9:00 am I had scrambled eggs with roasted chicken breast, tomato, and onions with lemon and salt for breakfast.
💖 1:00 pm I had chicken soup with potatoes and zucchini for lunch. Delicious, I love soups, friends.
💖 3:00 pm For a snack, I made a papaya and almond milk smoothie.
💖 6:00pm For dinner, we had whole-wheat tortillas stuffed with cheese and avocado, accompanied by grilled ham.
Our body is our temple, we must take care of it and love it.
I love this papaya smoothie; it's smooth, refreshing, and creamy. The soup was hot and flavorful, and the protein was just right, friends. I loved breakfast, it gave me tons of energy to go to the gym and stick to my daily routine. Today was a happy day for me.
