Don't feign Wayland, it's great. Especially with patches in the last 2 years. I use both KDE and Hyprland in Wayland.

        I'll give hyprland and sway a shot sometime, see how much of a headache it is (last time was a nightmare, but like you said, that actually was a few years ago)
