Saludos hivers.
Hoy traemos el testimonio de @roswelborges, un hiver de nacionalidad cubana que en un año se ha integrado muy bien a la comunidad. Él es un ejemplo de que la constancia, la interacción y el contenido de excelente calidad se reconocen y funcionan como propulsores para escalar dentro la plataforma.
Además de ser psicólogo, Roswel es poeta y fotógrafo, con ambas propuestas nos ha cautivado en su blog, regalándonos frases que alegran el espíritu. Lo que más se destacada de su actuación en Hive es esa capacidad de ayudar a quien lo necesite, con lo cual ha establecido excelentes lazos de amistad.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
Hola.
Antes que nada, agradecerte a ti y a todo el equipo de #Hispapro por esta entrevista que me honra y privilegia.
Fuera de la pantalla soy el mismo que proyecto o al menos intento proyectar. Siempre pienso que soy el mismo, sin filtros, sin medias tintas, sin simular nada.
Me llamo Roswel Borges Castellanos, cubano, nacido en la provincia Villa Clara, la provincia central de la isla. Soy psicólogo de profesión actualmente, digo así porque también tengo titulaciones en varias profesiones. Además, soy poeta y fotógrafo, aspectos que sí pueden descubrir cuando acceden a mis publicaciones en Hive.
No me gusta hablar de mí mismo, por lo que me resulta difícil responder esta pregunta, pero puedo decir que soy una persona alegre normalmente, que prioriza ayudar a los demás por encima de todo.
Dentro de mis hobbies puedo mencionar que me apasiona la espeleología, viajar, ir a presentaciones de ballet, a conciertos de buena música, a espectáculos de buen teatro, escuchar música, leer, quizás otros más, como volar en paracaídas o parapente, pero ahora no me vienen a la mente...
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
A Hive llegué gracias a una publicación que hizo @maylink en sus redes sociales de la web2. Le pregunté qué era, me explicó y me introdujo en este mundo mágico donde mis primeras impresiones transitaron por el asombro ante lo nuevo y el agradecimiento ante las personas maravillosas que encontré y he continuado encontrando como ustedes.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
Si bien en lo diverso uno puede encontrar cuestiones lamentables, por fortuna acá en Hive prima lo positivo en cuanto a la vibra que se respira. Eso, para mí es la mayor diferencia que legitima algo que precisa se fortalezca.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
Comunidad.
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
A pesar de que he querido publicar en la mayor cantidad de comunidades que he ido conociendo, no me ha sido posible por diversas cuestiones. Así, he descubierto que donde más he publicado ha sido en #ShadowHunters #PhotoFeed #BlackAndWhite #PhotographyLovers #FeatheredFriends #Worldmappin #CinnamonCupCoffee #Literatos #WednesdayWalk #BEER #Holos&Lotus #HivePizza, entre otras. Estas tal vez las he utilizado más por sus concursos relacionados con aspectos que me atraen como la fotografía, la poesía, y las experiencias con los viajes, las pizzas, las cervezas y el café.
6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
El haber podido conocer a personas invaluables.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
Lo relacionado con los tokens y el trade. De hecho, aún tengo que aprender sobre ello.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Espero que se consolide este ecosistema y la posibilidad de continuar creciendo dentro de él.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Le sugeriría que lea mucho, escuche mucho a través de los diversos espacios que existen en discord, X o Telegram (los que conozco), pues con la experiencia que se comparte se aprende mucho y así evitar errores que yo mismo he cometido al inicio.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
Le diría que este espacio les permitirá crecer de manera que no encontrará en otro lugar. Estamos en un mundo que precisa de más personas con buena vibra y acá uno puede descubrirlos.
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
En lo particular, desde que inicié en Hive, decidí delegar HP a Hispapro pues me parece una comunidad excelente en su papel como promotor del idioma nuestro. Siempre ha sido una comunidad a la que he querido sumarme como curador y como parte de ella. No ha sido posible aún, pero no pierdo la esperanza. Ojalá algún día sea posible pues me gustaría para poder ayudar a otros y continuar aprendiendo en el proceso.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)
Hello.
First of all, I would like to thank you and the entire #Hispapro team for this interview, which I am honored and privileged to participate in.
Outside of the screen, I am the same person I project, or at least try to project. I always think that I am the same, without filters, without half measures, without pretending anything.
My name is Roswel Borges Castellanos, Cuban, born in the province of Villa Clara, the central province of the island. I am currently a psychologist by profession, I say this because I also have degrees in several professions. In addition, I am a poet and photographer, aspects that you can discover when you access my publications on Hive.
I don't like talking about myself, so it's difficult for me to answer this question, but I can say that I am normally a cheerful person who prioritizes helping others above all else.
Among my hobbies, I can mention that I am passionate about caving, traveling, going to ballet performances, good music concerts, good theater shows, listening to music, reading, and perhaps others, such as skydiving or paragliding, but I can't think of any others right now...
2. How did you find Hive and what was your first impression?
I found Hive thanks to a post made by @maylink on her web2 social media. I asked her what it was, she explained it to me and introduced me to this magical world where my first impressions ranged from amazement at the newness to gratitude for the wonderful people I met and have continued to meet, like you.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social media within Hive?
Although diversity can sometimes lead to unfortunate situations, fortunately here at Hive, the positive vibe prevails. For me, that is the biggest difference that legitimizes something that needs to be strengthened.
4. If you had to define Hive in one sentence, what would it be?
Community.
5. Which communities do you usually post in or interact with most frequently, and why?
Although I have wanted to post in as many communities as I have come across, this has not been possible for various reasons. So, I have found that I have posted most in #ShadowHunters #PhotoFeed #BlackAndWhite #PhotographyLovers #FeatheredFriends #Worldmappin #CinnamonCupCoffee #Literatos #WednesdayWalk #BEER #Holos&Lotus #HivePizza, among others. I have perhaps used these more because of their contests related to aspects that appeal to me, such as photography, poetry, and experiences with travel, pizza, beer, and coffee.
6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience on Hive so far?
Being able to meet invaluable people.
7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started out?
Everything related to tokens and trading. In fact, I still have a lot to learn about it.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
I hope that this ecosystem will consolidate and that it will continue to grow.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?
I would suggest that they read a lot and listen a lot through the various spaces that exist on Discord, X, or Telegram (the ones I know), because you can learn a lot from the experience that is shared there and thus avoid mistakes that I myself made in the beginning.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
I would tell them that this space will allow them to grow in ways they won't find anywhere else. We live in a world that needs more people with good vibes, and here you can discover them.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how has it been?
Personally, since I started at Hive, I decided to delegate HP to Hispapro because I think it is an excellent community in its role as a promoter of our language. It has always been a community that I have wanted to join as a curator and as part of it. It has not been possible yet, but I am not giving up hope. Hopefully one day it will be possible because I would like to be able to help others and continue learning in the process.
