Hoy compartimos este espacio con @crisch23, una hiver talentosa que ha demostrado que la dedicación y el esfuerzo dan frutos extraordinarios. Nos encanta su personalidad ya que se muestra auténtica en cada publicación y ese espíritu colobarador la hace parte de esta gran familia.
Ella es la moderadora estrella de los programas de Curación en Vivo de Hispapro, aprovechamos para agradecer su labor y compromiso con la comunidad. Aún cuando ella explora muchas comunidades, en cada una va dejando su huella y parte de su esencia, lo que la convierte en una joya valiosa.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
Siempre siendo Cris, ayer, hoy y mañana, proyectando lo que amo, quien soy y lo que quiero.
Soy educadora de corazón, tenemos una escuela en Apure, con ella aprendí a creer en que los sueños se forjan en fuego, que no es fácil, pero con la perseverancia logramos las conquistas y exhibimos las victorias.
Soy egresada de la Universidad Nacional Abierta, como Lic en Educación, Mención Preescolar, y trabajé desde muy joven con mi familia, así que para llegar a ser Directora, inicié con el cargo más pequeño y aún hoy puedo suplir desde el personal de limpieza hasta el docente, porque se hizo parte de nuestro ser.
Ser abogada es mi pasión, ayudar al prójimo, estar en un constante aprendizaje, en cada audiencia debo mostrar cómo domino el espacio y las leyes, pero en mi interior es una batalla emocional que busco superar, gracias a Dios cuento con un maravilloso equipo de trabajo.
Y ser chef fue simplemente una manera de reencontrarme conmigo misma, cuando no queria seguir por el devastamiento emocional producto de mi separación, mi familia apostó a mí, me dio la oportunidad de estudiar cocina.
Amo mis tres carreras, las pongo en práctica a cada paso de mi vida y disfruto el resultado con mis más cercanos amigos y familiares.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Llegué a Hive por casualidades de la vida, me autoformé, investigué y empecé sin ayuda de nadie, pero realmente empecé a disfrutar de lo que soy aquí, cuando conocí a los Hivers de Barquisimeto, incluyendo a Yonnathang. Fue una emoción muy grande cuando en un evento vi al curador de la colmena @ylich, luego de residenciarme en Valencia, conocí a muchos más, no he dejado de compartir con Hivers en eventos o simplemente conectarme con ellos y conocernos.
Considero que Hive, un lugar que transformó mi manera de ver la vida y de conocer personas, a cada lugar que visito busco conocer más amigos desde la Guaira hasta San Fernando, Maracay, pero lo más importante es que me siento yo, al natural y sin filtros, porque mi blog es un reflejo de mi manera de ser y vivir.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
Desde que entré a Hive, dejé de publicar en otras redes sociales, porque aquí me siento más segura, es un lugar propio, tengo mis llaves, y puedo decidir qué mostrar, cuándo mostrarlo y cómo hacerlo, a través de videos, poesías o mis escritos en prosa.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
Mi lugar seguro, aquí muestro quién soy en verdad, si estoy feliz, así me muestro, si necesito ánimos, si estoy triste y hasta los momentos de ansiedad, pero lo más importante es que no me siento señalada, al contrario siento que cuento con muchos amigos que se alegran, con mis alegrias y te apoyan en momentos difíciles.
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
Difícil pregunta, pero trataré de justificar porqué la variedad de comunidades en las cuáles publico, es que no tengo exclusividad, ni preferencia, yo exploro las comunidades, leo sus reglas y publico, de esta manera puedo recomendar a otros, porque el mayor aprendizaje, viene de las experiencias vividas.
Conocer muchas comunidades me ha permitido ayudar a muchos nuevos hivers, pero no tengo preferencia.

6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
Conocer a muchos Hivers, en tantos eventos que hemos asistidos, esa es mi mayor felicidad y aún hoy si voy a otra zona de Venezuela, me doy la oportunidad de conocer más Hivers, no lo dudaría ni un segundo, los contactaría para conocerlos, ya que tenemos un amor común por Hive. Además de ser moderadora, experiencia que le agradezco a Hispapro y muchos otros amigos que me apoyaron en mis inicios como @susurrodemisterio.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
El lenguaje HTML y Markdown, que debemos hacer para personalizar nuestra publicación.
Al principio duraba una semana para hacer una publicación, pero encontré los programas de curaciones en vivo de Hispapro y fui practicando hasta llegar hacer publicaciones a diario.
En la actualidad publico dos o tres veces a la semana, pero nunca alejarme de aquí totalmente.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Con el apoyo de Hispapro, pude proyectar una @crisch23 más alla de Hive y hacer real la interacción con muchos amigos Hivers, así que podría decir, sin temor a equivocarme, que ya este ecosistema forma parte de mi vida, porque es mi manera de decir, lo que siento, de expresar parte de lo que soy aquí y de mi estilo de vida.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Sé cien por ciento original, no te rindas, persevera, comparte con hivers en los diferentes programas de curación en vivo, comenta otras publicaciones, explora comunidades, no te limites, este es un lugar para que demuestres creatividad, pero también para que seas constante y busques superarte cada día, porque de esa manera fluirá en ti, de manera más natural, las palabras cuando escribas tu publicación, por tanto obtendrás mayor soltura, logrando mostrar lo que hay en ti al escribir.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
Yo siempre les explico con el testimonio propio, mostrando mi blog y contando mis experiencia en las comunidades ya que son más de cinco años mostrando quien soy y lo que hago a través de Hive, compartiendo el link de mis publicaciones.
Son muchos los Hivers que he tenido el placer de ayudar en sus primeros pasos en este ecosistema, pero normalmente ellos son los que me piden apoyo, pero los nuevos hivers que traigo definitivamente vienen porque me ven publicando, por mí.
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
Sin lugar a dudas Hispapro, es quien me ayudo a conocer mis potenciales en la web 3, me dio el voto de confianza, creyó en mí y aún hoy me sigue dando oportunidades de crecimiento, a través de los programas de curaciones en vivo, pero también en la participación en diferentes eventos, que me han permitido conocer a muchos Hivers.

Today we share this space with @crisch23, a talented Hiver who has shown that dedication and effort yield extraordinary results. We love her personality because she is authentic in every post, and her collaborative spirit makes her part of this great family.
She is the star moderator of Hispapro's Live Curation programs, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her work and commitment to the community. Even though she explores many communities, she leaves her mark and part of her essence in each one, which makes her a valuable gem.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)
Always being Cris, yesterday, today, and tomorrow, projecting what I love, who I am, and what I want.
I am an educator at heart. We have a school in Apure, where I learned to believe that dreams are forged in fire, that it is not easy, but with perseverance we achieve conquests and display victories.
I graduated from the National Open University with a degree in Education, specializing in Preschool, and I worked with my family from a very young age, so to become a principal, I started with the smallest position, and even today I can fill in for anyone from the cleaning staff to the teachers, because it became part of who we are.
Being a lawyer is my passion, helping others, constantly learning. At every hearing, I have to show how well I command the courtroom and the law, but inside I am fighting an emotional battle that I am trying to overcome. Thank God I have a wonderful team to work with.
And being a chef was simply a way to rediscover myself. When I didn't want to continue due to the emotional devastation caused by my separation, my family believed in me and gave me the opportunity to study cooking.
I love my three careers. I put them into practice at every step of my life and enjoy the results with my closest friends and family.
2. How did you come to Hive and what was your first impression?
I came to Hive by chance. I taught myself, did my research, and started without anyone's help, but I really began to enjoy what I am here when I met the Hivers from Barquisimeto, including Yonnathang. It was very exciting when I saw the curator of the hive, @ylich, at an event. After moving to Valencia, I met many more, and I haven't stopped sharing with Hivers at events or simply connecting with them and getting to know each other.
I consider Hive a place that transformed my way of seeing life and meeting people. Everywhere I go, from La Guaira to San Fernando to Maracay, I look to make more friends, but the most important thing is that I feel like myself, natural and unfiltered, because my blog is a reflection of who I am and how I live.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social media within Hive?
Since I joined Hive, I stopped posting on other social media platforms because I feel safer here. It's my own space, I have my keys, and I can decide what to show, when to show it, and how to do it, through videos, poetry, or my prose writing.
4. If you had to define Hive in one sentence, what would it be?
My safe place. Here I show who I really am. If I'm happy, that's how I show myself. If I need encouragement, if I'm sad, and even in moments of anxiety. But the most important thing is that I don't feel singled out. On the contrary, I feel that I have many friends who rejoice with me in my joys and support me in difficult times.
5. In which communities do you usually post or interact most frequently, and why?
That's a difficult question, but I'll try to explain why I post in a variety of communities. I don't have any exclusivity or preference; I explore communities, read their rules, and post. That way, I can recommend them to others, because the greatest learning comes from lived experiences.
Knowing many communities has allowed me to help many new hivers, but I have no preference.

6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience at Hive so far?
Meeting many Hivers at the many events we have attended is my greatest joy, and even today, if I go to another part of Venezuela, I give myself the opportunity to meet more Hivers. I wouldn't hesitate for a second; I would contact them to meet them, since we share a common love for Hive. In addition to being a moderator, an experience for which I am grateful to Hispapro and many other friends who supported me in my early days as @susurrodemisterio.
7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started out?
HTML and Markdown, which we need to use to customize our posts.
At first, it took me a week to make a post, but then I found Hispapro's live curation programs and practiced until I was able to post daily.
Now I post two or three times a week, but I never stray far from here.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
With the support of Hispapro, I was able to project @crisch23 beyond Hive and make interaction with many Hiver friends a reality, so I can say without fear of contradiction that this ecosystem is already part of my life, because it is my way of saying what I feel, of expressing part of who I am here and my lifestyle.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?
Be 100% original, don't give up, persevere, share with Hivers in the different live curation programs, comment on other posts, explore communities, don't limit yourself. this is a place for you to show your creativity, but also to be consistent and strive to improve every day, because that way the words will flow more naturally when you write your post, and you will gain greater fluency, allowing you to show what is inside you when you write.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend so they would join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
I always explain it using my own testimony, showing them my blog and telling them about my experiences in the communities, since I have been showing who I am and what I do through Hive for more than five years, sharing the link to my posts.
I have had the pleasure of helping many Hivers take their first steps in this ecosystem, but they are usually the ones who ask me for support. The new Hivers I bring in definitely come because they see me posting, because of me.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?
Without a doubt, Hispapro is the one who helped me realize my potential on Web 3.0. They gave me their vote of confidence, believed in me, and even today continue to give me opportunities for growth through live curation programs, as well as participation in different events, which have allowed me to meet many Hivers.
