The commandments of God must be obeyed. It is not enough that we know about it. We must obey it we must practice what we are learning from the Word of God. The Bible is a book of doctrines. The doctrines that we are learning, we should allow them to shape our lives. We should do everything in our daily life to be obedient to the commandments of God.
Doing good to all men is a commandment of God. We can do good in many ways. It is not enough that we know about it and agree to it, we must be doers of the Word. When we obey the Word of God, we will have the peace of God in our lives.
We can do good to our neighbors by praying for them. We can do good by remembering our friends and relatives in our prayers. When we pray for others, we are asking the help of God for those people.
We can do good by giving. Wherever we have that someone around us is in need of, we should give. When we give God will bless us the more. Let us learn to give. Giving is one of the ways of doing good to others.
We can do good by forgiving people. We should forgive those who offend us. We should remove them from our hearts. We should show love to them. We should let go of whatever offend they caused us.
