It is very interesting to know that God is interested in our well being. One would have thought that it is only spiritual things that concern God. But it is not so! God is mindful of our well being. God cares about what we eat. He even considers whether we have what to eat all. No wonder, Jesus fed the hundred multitude who came to listen to him preach. So, feeding and staying healthy is important to God.
We should be mindful of our health. If God Himself is mindful of our health, we ourselves should be mindful of our health. We should eat properly and at the right time. We should not starve our bodies. We should understand the nutritional benefits of what we are eating. Every component of our food has its specific contributions to our physical and mental wellness. So, we should understand what we are eating and the right time to eat. Also we should know that our different stages of growth have specific nutritional requirements. What is vital for a baby might not be essential for an adult. So, we should know what are the right nutritional requirements for our age.
