Our health is very important to God. Maybe some of us do not understand this. The truth from the Bible is that God wants us to be healthy. God desires good health and prosperity for us. Staying in a sick state is the wish of God for our lives. God is good to all of His children. He wants them to succeed. He wants them to be happy. He takes pleasure in our wellbeing.
Sickness is a curse. Sickness comes into the world as a result of the curse of sin. Sickness comes from the devil. It is the evil work of the enemy of our souls. Sickness is not connected to God in any way. Sickness works against God. We must always understand that God is good to us. We are not suffering because God wants to punish us. If we suffer, it is because of our sins.
It is possible for us to enjoy a healthy life all of our days on earth. We can live healthy and sound. We can live like Moses lived. Moses lived for a hundred and twenty years and the Bible says that his natural strength did not ebb neither did his eyes dim.
