These are the days of prayers. Several religious groups in the world are undertaking their various religious fasting now. Every fasting is accompanied by prayers. We pray so that we can receive help from God. We are looking for the help of God so that he can deliver us out of the many problems confronting us. It is a good thing that we should learn how to pray.
Prayer must be done out of faith. We should have faith that God is able to answer our prayers. We should be sure that what we are praying for, we can receive from God. Without faith our prayers will only be in vain. Everyone who wants to receive something from God must believe in Him.
God does not answer the prayers of a sinner. The sacrifice of the wicked is abomination unto God. When we are praying, our hearts should be free of all offenses. Our hearts must not have anyone which we are holding back. If iniquities is regarded our hearts, God will not hear us.
