Yes, we have financial obligations to people who needs have from us. As the disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, we are responsible for the well being of others. We are responsible to help those in need.
The Bible teaches us to help those who are in need. That is to say that people who have financial needs should be assisted by us. We have that responsibility to show love and care to the needy. The church of God is a caring family. The church is a household. There is that obligation on everyone to be concerned about the happiness of another.
The church of God received the doctrine of love from our Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ taught us that we should show love to others. He sent us to go and heal the sick. We are to raise the dead. We are to make people happy. So, spiritually speaking, we have financial obligations for others.
We should learn to do good. Good works is what we make people to see that we are the disciples of Jesus Christ.
