One of the ways that we can stay healthy is by exercising. Exercise does us much good. It has tremendous benefits for our body. It strengthens our health. There are many good things that happen to our body through exercise. So, exercising is one of the things we should practice in order to maintain good health.
The Bible says that physical exercise has benefits for the body. When we compare physical exercise with spiritual exercise, the benefits from physical exercise are little. There are very few when we compare the two. But if we remove the spiritual exercise from it, we will see that physical exercise profits the body very well.
Exercise boosts our immune system. Exercise makes us stronger. Exercise strengthens our bones. It makes us smart and sound. When we exercise, we will become better. So, we should exercise regularly in other to overcome those stress and things that affect our health.
