There are many things to learn from the Bible. I have learned that we do not just eat. Sometimes, we feel some foods are luxury and that means they will nutritious but that isn’t true.
Those foods like shawarma, pizza and all that we eat may not be the best for us.
Everything about God is good. When God was creating, he created fruits. Now, when someone falls ill and the doctor is advising the person on what to eat, they mostly tell people to eat fruits because they are very beneficial to the body and that’s created by God.
You will hear “have more fruits”. That’s because they are good for our health.
Proverbs 17:1 says; Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, Than a house full of feasting with strife.
You don’t have to eat all the food, chicken or turkey in this world before you eat well. You don’t have to spend a ridiculous amount of money before you eat well. God is merciful enough to have given us enough fruits and foods that comes from plants which we should eat.
If you check high rate of disease, it is the artificial kind of food that gives people health issues. You do not have to go that far and when we eat natural foods, I have noticed that we do not always fall sick.
Eat well, God has created enough meal for us to eat and they will do so well on us.
