We are living in a life where anything can happen to anybody no matter how good or bad we are. And this does not mean that good people should become bad people just because things that are bad are likely to happen to them in their lifetime.
We should never make it sound unjust in our minds that things that are good happen to bad people and things that are bad happen to good people.
In the book of Ecclesiastes 9:2, it says; All things come alike to all: there is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked; to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean; to him that sacrificeth, and to him that sacrificeth not: as is the good, so is the sinner; and he that sweareth, as he that feareth an oath.
This this makes it very clear that humans or everyone on earth have a part that will be shared to them. There is no way we can escape bad things that will happen in our lives and there is no way that we can escape good things that are going to happen in our lives.
All of these of them are meant to happen so when something bad happens to someone who you know is a very good person, we should not panic nor blame God for what has happened because we all have a part that we are going to take on earth.
Also, we need to understand the fact that life is turn by turn.
So, when something evil happens to a good person today, something good will surely happen to that person tomorrow. Good and bad things are interwoven and we cannot escape or stay away from the two.
Likewise, we cannot just decide on which will happen to us but we should always pray to God for our safety everyday so bad things do not happen to us. F
