Good day vegan family and friends lover of food, how are you guys doing today, it is my my pleasure to be here today to share with you this testy nutritious recipe Afang soup combination of ukazi and water leaf

About Ukazi leaf

It's called wild spinach, botanical name (Gnetum Africanum) wild vine commonly used as a vegetable in various African dishes including soup and stew, content high dietary fibre helps in weight los, increase metabolism, improve digestion acts as a laxative and prevent constipation, it help the heart by supplying it inturn replace the bad cholesterol, it high content of protein which helps in the repair of body tissues and help build blood production.

About Water leaf

It's called Ceylon spinach, Cariru, Philippine spinach, botanical name (Talinum Triangulare) is a good source of vitamin, minerals, and fibre, rich in vitamin c, calcium, iron, zinc which supports health bones, immunity and overall well being, it also contains antioxidant that combat free radicals and helps protect against chronic disease.

Ingredients

  • Two bunch of ukazi leave
  • Two bunch of water leave
  • Half bottle of red oil
  • One bulb of onions
  • Two tea spoon of red pepper
    *One tea spoon of salt

Procedure

  • Wash thoroughly the ukazi leave and slice and pound

  • Wash thoroughly the water leave and slice

  • Wash onions and slice

  • Place pot on cooking gas and pour oil to warm alot

  • Pour in the sliced onions into the oil

  • Allow to fry alot

  • Add pepper

Allow to stem for two seconds ready and served

Conclusion

You didn't allow it to be cook for long so that the greenish and the nutrients remain and it turned out very super delicious and nutritious can be served with any food, be it swallow or rice any food of your choose.
