excellent and very healthy option. Pumpkin is a real gem for nutrition and even the seeds are fantastic. The only questionable ingredients in your recipe are white sugar and vegetable oil, both are troublemakers that should be replaced by much healthier names like more cinnamon and extra virgin olive oil

Cooking isn't just about adhering to fixed parameters; it's about using creativity and the resources at hand to create delicious food, full of love and good intentions.

I see you have a little understanding of nutrition. Cinnamon will never replace a sweetener, and it can't be consumed in large quantities because it causes liver damage. Olive oil is certainly very healthy, but again, cooking is about making creative use of available resources.
