Hey, what a wonderful project! I'd never heard of the "exquisite décima," and I thought it was a fascinating idea. The idea of taking the "exquisite corpse" and applying it to something as technical and with rules as the décima strikes me as genius. I can imagine the challenge it must be for ten different poets to come up with a poem that makes sense and sounds good in the end!
The book must be a true treasure, not only for the poetry, but for being the memory of all those nights and all those people together. The affection with which you speak of it is evident. Thank you for sharing something so unique.
